| Target/Description | The antibody is precoated on a plate, to which the sample is added. After incubation, a second antibody, linked to a color-changing molecule, is added. This molecule changes from blue to yellow in an acidic environment, providing a visual indicator of the presence and amount of KLK1 in the sample. The intensity of the yellow color corresponds directly to the amount of KLK1 detected. |
