| Target/Description | The assay is designed to identify the phosphorylation of MYPT1 by ROCK1 and ROCK2 at threonine 696, using an enzyme-based immunoassay. Samples containing ROCK1 and ROCK2 are incubated with the substrate, and after the kinase reaction, phosphorylated MYPT1 is detected using an anti-phospho-MYPT1-Thr696 antibody on a substrate capture plate. A recombinant active ROCK2 is included as a positive control. |
