Magic™ Cell-free Protein Expression in Wheat Germ lysate 15N GST-tagged Protein Labeling for NMR Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using wheat germ extracts for protein labeling. It contains 1 ml optimized and high-performance wheat germ extract for different reaction scales. The lysate removed wheat proteins that would otherwise bind to glutathione during the purification step. The reaction buffer contains stable isotope 15N labeled amino acids.
