• Permeability
  Permeability assay is a type of drug absorption analysis that measure the ability of a drug candidate to cross biological barriers, such as the intestinal epithelium or blood-brain barrier, using cell-based models or artificial membranes. We provide Caco-2 permeability, MDCK-MDR1 permeability, and parallel artificial membrane permeability assay to evaluate the permeability of drugs.
• Metabolic Stability
  Metabolic stability assays assess the drug candidate's metabolic stability and its potential for drug-drug interactions by measuring its metabolism by hepatocyte, liver microsomes, or recombinant enzymes.
• Protein Binding
  These assays evaluate the extent to which a drug candidate binds to plasma proteins, which can impact its bioavailability and distribution in the body.
• Enzyme Inhibition & Enzyme Induction
  Our enzyme inhibition assays evaluate a drug's ability to inhibit enzyme activity, such as cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes.
