ANGPTL3
Angiopoietin-like 3 (ANGPTL3) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ANGPTL3 gene. ANGPTL3 belongs to the angiopoietin-like family of secreted factors and is mainly expressed in the liver. It plays a role in the regulation of angiogenesis and inhibition of lipoprotein lipase and endothelial lipase.
