Reconstituted CD34 PBMC can be used for immunofluorescence staining and multicolor flow cytometry assays. These cells can be used as controls for stability studies to avoid donor variation. CD34 + PBMC coexpressed CD7, CD13 and CD71. In addition, the product has been validated and works with commonly used cell markers such as CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD20, CD56 / 16, CD14, CD25, CD69, GrB, Perforin, Foxp3 and Helios .

Handling Notes

2. Even when the test report is negative, when handling the cell sample, take precautions and complete the operation in the fume hood.
3. The cell can only be used for scientific research and should not be used for in vitro diagnosis of humans and animals.
