We are seeking a project manager of CAR-T therapy, who will be responsible for leading the laboratory team members to complete contract research of immune cell-based therapies according to customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities
Interpret the needs of customers' projects.
Plan detailed executable experimental processes according to customers' needs.
Lead, coordinate, and supervise laboratory members to complete the experiments.
Collect and summarize the experimental data.
Complete the final project report with detailed interpretation.
Work closely with the sales team to provide scientific and technical support to customers
Lead to complete the follow-ups according to the enlightening of the customers.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Advanced degree in cellular and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, oncology, or related fields.
Rich laboratory experience (at least 3 years) in biochemical CRO/CMO companies.
Knowledgeable in principle and operation of the design and experiments in immune cell-based therapy development.
Strong leadership, organization, coordination, collaboration, and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and written skills of research plans and reports.
Experience in similar positions and fields is strongly preferred.
