The research associate will be responsible for the production of recombinant proteins, and play a critical role in the discovery/development of novel molecular reagents. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual.
Essential Responsibilities
Sales of immune cell-based therapy-related services and products, including but not limited to CAR-T, TCR-T, CAR-NK.
Relationship and trust-building with new customers to win new business in the immune therapy industry.
Proficiency in a team selling environment and collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and a customer-first attitude.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, oncology, or related fields.
Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinical, academic, government, and biotech clients.
Knowledgeable in immunology and cell-based therapy.
Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiating skills.
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
Substantial growth experience is strongly preferred.
