Creative Biolabs provides customers with a wide range of CD147 CAR-related products to support CART projects. Below are some of our CD147 CAR products for customers' reference. You can also search for products you are interested in by searching for the corresponding keywords.
CD147, known as a tumor-associated antigen, is a highly glycosylated transmembrane immunoglobulin that is broadly and specifically expressed in a variety of tumor types, including hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and breast cancer. CD147 is involved in tumorigenesis processes, including tumor cell invasion, metastasis, and angiogenesis. Focusing on these characteristics, CD147 has been proposed as a potential therapeutic target for many cancers.
Associated Diseases
For different targets and project requirements, it is crucial to select the appropriate CAR structure. Leveraged by years of experience in the field of CART, Creative Biolabs offers a variety of effective CAR structural designs to assist our customers in their projects, such as classical CAR designs, and special armored CAR designs.

Anti-CD147 CAR-T Expression Test
CAR expression testing helps us to ensure that the specific CAR-T cells express the appropriate receptors and molecules at the correct levels, which is crucial for their function and survival. We utilize many different approaches (e.g., flow cytometry, western blot, and qPCR) to test CAR expression.
