Cell Culture Medium Proudcts for Vaccine Development
In order to minimize the potential for contamination by mammalian pathogens and to eliminate all problems associated with the use of animal sera, Creative Biolabs is developing serum-free, ultra-low protein medium manufactured without any components of human or animal origin. We offer a variety of media formulations for use in serum-free or low-serum culture conditions to support the growth of cell lines that act as hosts for viral production, such as ST, PK-15, Vero, MDCK, Marc145, MDBK, and BHK.
The following defined liquid and powdered media are recommended for serum-free cell culture and are ideal for achieving consistent cell growth and virus production in laboratory scale applications as well as in large scale production runs, both in adherent and suspension growth systems.
