Introduction
ODN 2006 is a type B human TLR9 agonist. It induces the MAP kinase pathway and NFκB translocation in purified B cells. It can memorize B cells, proliferate and produce Ig in response to it only if they receive simultaneous antigen-specific stimulation via the B cell receptor.
