We have successfully generated footprint-free (episomal) and retroviral iPSC lines from different tissues (fibroblasts, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, cord blood cells, nasal epithelial cells, urine-derived epithelial cells and CD34+ bone marrow) from both patients and healthy individuals.
