Description
This product is a novel cationic liposome-mediated transfection reagent designed for high-efficiency delivery of DNA into insect cells. It is capable of transfecting baculovirus plasmid (bacmid) DNA, such as pFastBac1, into insect cells like Sf9 and Sf12. The product is characterized by its high transfection efficiency (up to 95%), excellent reproducibility, ease of use, and extremely low cytotoxicity. Please note that it is intended for research purposes only and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
