Intracellular Functional Scaffold from Creative Biolabs

At Creative Biolabs, our intracellular functional scaffolds belong to the non-antibody based scaffolds (antibody mimetics), which are naturally occurring non-Ab binding or genetically engineered organic compounds including usually artificial peptides and proteins (3 to 20 kDa), or nucleic acids or small molecules in specific cases. They bind specifically and avidly to antigens similar to antibodies in spite of structural discrepancies. Aiming at therapeutic and diagnostic purposes, more than 50 non-Ab scaffolds are proposed as alternative mAb development platforms, and more will be created.
