TCR-NK Therapy
Natural killer (NK) cell therapy is a promising cancer therapeutic approach due to its cytotoxic capacity. Therefore, NK cells can be adapted into a tool to fight cancer. NK cells engineered with TCR expression (TCR-NK cells) is a therapeutic strategy that combines the intrinsic antitumor effector functions of NK cells with cancer-specific targeting of TCRs. NK-TCR cell enhances their therapeutic activity and tumor-targeting capability through additional TCR-mediated lysis than native NK cells. Differing from TCR-T cells, TCR-NK cells have superiority in overcoming the difficulties of TCR mismatching. TCR-NK cells will be a unique cellular therapeutic strategy that provides patients with greater hope for relief.

TCR-NK Cell Products
Creative Biolabs is dedicated to developing pioneering TCR-NK cell products that combine the advantages of TCRs with those of NK cells, addressing the challenges of treating solid tumors. We provide one-stop TCR-NK development services, including TCR selection, design, construction, and analysis. Our TCR-NK cell development platform allows us to effectively transfer the TCR α/β chain along with the CD3 signaling complex into NK cells. We also provide analysis assays to characterize that the TCR-NK cells are able to express a functional TCR. In addition, a series of functional assays and in vivo efficacy assays to validate these cells.
