Multiple Conjugation Methods
Amino Acids Sites
We can provide two conjugate services that depend on amino acid sites for greater homogeneity. The first is based on natural or engineered modifications of specific amino acids, such as cysteine and glutamine; the other is based on the insertion of amino acids, including selenocysteine, and the unnatural amino acid, etc.
Glycans
This approach employs a glycotransferases to achieve conjugation at sites far from amino acid residues. Based on this technology, we can selectively transfer chemically reactive sugar to any lipid or protein that contains glycosylation sites.
There are several monosaccharides present at the non-reactive end of the glycans that we can use for conjugating, including fucose (Fuc), galactose, sialic acid (SA), etc.
Short Peptide Tags
We can add short peptide tags with 4-6 amino acid residues to provide you with conjugate services, such as glutamine tags (LLQG).
