- How are the antibody products shipped?
Antibody products that are stable for long periods at room temperature are shipped in refrigerated packaging at 4ºC. Some special products need to be packaged and shipped on dry ice.
- How should I store the received antibody?
To guarantee antibody performance, we recommend storing received Abs according to the instructions on the datasheet. The performance of the antibody may be affected if it is stored under other conditions.
- How do you guarantee the quality of the Abs?
All of our antibody products are subject to strict testing and quality control. We confirm specificity and purity by immunoelectrophoresis, and further confirm product performance by other applications, such as western blotting and fluorescence imaging.
- Are your Abs suitable for diagnostic or medical purposes?
All our Abs are intended for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic or any other purposes.
- Can Abs be reused?
Abs vary widely in their tolerance to repeated use, a parameter not included in our current testing. Degraded Abs can alter specificity and binding kinetics and affect your assay results. Therefore, we do not recommend risking your experiments with reused Abs.
- Do you only provide primary antibody products?
