Overview

BKS db control mouse bone marrow-derived primary endothelial cells from Creative Biolabs are obtained from the bone marrow of C57BLKS/J mice. These cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask for 2 mins and then are cultured for 3-7 days. Until passage 3, such cells are harvested into cryopreserved vials. You can choose a suitable medium to culture these cells for 3-5 passages to carry out your specific experiments.
