Bovine Colon Total RNA (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY5747)

Datasheet

Overview

There are many similarities between cattle and humans in physiological characteristics, such as immune system and metabolic process, which makes the bovine model have high reference value in the research of related diseases. Bovine Colon Total RNA is extracted from colon tissue of a single healthy bovine donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
