Overview

At Creative Biolabs, we isolate Cas9-expressing beagle dog pulmonary artery primary fibroblasts from the pulmonary artery tissue of beagle dog and culture them into passages 2-3. Then, these cells are collected into vials and will be ready to ship in a cryopreserved form. We have assessed the quality of these cells and ensured they will stably express wild-type Cas endonuclease.
