Datasheet

Overview

Diabetes is a chronic disease caused by high blood sugar levels in the body. It is usually caused by insufficient insulin secretion or insulin resistance that causes blood sugar to not metabolize properly. Diabetes Human Colon Total RNA is extracted from colon tissue of a single diabetes human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
