Overview

Esophageal cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the epithelial cells of the esophageal mucosa. It usually occurs in the neck of the esophagus and sometimes extends to the chest and abdomen. Esophageal/Gastroesphageal Cancer Human Gastroesophageal Junction Total RNA, Donor 1233 is extracted from gastroesophageal junction tissue of a single esophageal/gastroesphageal cancer human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
