Overview

Adrenal cortical adenoma is a benign tumor, usually caused by excessive secretion of hormones in the adrenal cortex, and is a functional or non-functional adrenal tumor. Human Adrenal Gland Total RNA is extracted from normal adrenal gland tissue of a single adrenal cortex adenoma human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
