Datasheet

Overview

Human diabetes Type I cardiac myocytes are isolated from the heart ventricles of the adult donor. They have been widely used in in vitro research on cardiac diseases and are also suitable for pharmacological studies. These cells are not fully differentiated and can be expanded for up to 15 passages, thus they are ideal research tools for long-term experiments.
