Human diabetes type I dermal microvascular endothelial cells are derived from the dermis part of the juvenile foreskin and adult skin, including blood and lymphatic microvascular endothelial cells. These cells can be used for the pre-screening for VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) response.
