Datasheet

Overview

Endometriosis is a common gynecological disorder in which tissue from the lining of the uterus grows or grows in a place outside the uterus. It is an estrogen-dependent disease that occurs primarily in women of childbearing age. Human Endometrium Total RNA, Donor 1157 is extracted from normal endometrium tissue of a single endometriosis human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
