Overview

Esophageal cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the epithelial cells of the esophageal mucosa. It usually occurs in the neck of the esophagus and sometimes extends to the chest and abdomen. Human Esophagus Total RNA, Donor 166 is extracted from normal esophagus tissue of a single esophageal/gastroesphageal cancer human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
