Human Heart Tissue cDNA, Random Primer (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY45)

Datasheet

Overview

Human Heart Tissue cDNA, Random Primer is made of RNA extracted from heart of single healthy normal donor using classical guanidine isothiocyanate phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA. The cDNA is primed with random primer for efficient synthesis of full-length complementary DNA.
