Overview

Creative Biolabs has rich experience in developing immortalized GFP-expressing cells. Our human immortalized GFP-expressing primary brain microvascular endothelial cells are obtained by over-expression of the large T-antigen of the simian virus (SV40) or human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT). These cells possess the ability to evade normal cellular senescence and stably express GFP, which will constantly provide valuable cells for your project.
