Immortalized GFP Expressing Human Intestinal Mesenteric Vascular Primary Endothelial Cells (CAT#: DBFF-1123-HX1801)

Datasheet

Overview

Human immortalized GFP-expressing primary intestinal mesenteric vascular endothelial cells from Creative Biolabs are derived from primary cells expressing GFP and are constructed through immortalization by over-expression of the large T-antigen of the simian virus (SV40) or human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT). Compared with common primary cells, they are easier to culture and maintain and obtain an extended life span. By utilizing these cells in your experiments, your project will be further advanced.
