Overview

Human immortalized GFP-expressing primary intestinal mesenteric vascular endothelial cells from Creative Biolabs are derived from primary cells expressing GFP and are constructed through immortalization by over-expression of the large T-antigen of the simian virus (SV40) or human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT).
