Datasheet

Overview

Human immortalized GFP-expressing primary pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells from the cell bank of Creative Biolabs are collected through the immortalization operation by over-expression of the large T-antigen of the simian virus (SV40) or human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT). They are provided in a frozen form and can be thawed and expanded for 3-5 passages to meet your research needs. Note not to freeze and thaw these cells frequently.
