Overview

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of the intestinal mucosa and submucosa. It is characterized by inflammation of intestinal tissues, which leads to damage of intestinal mucosa and increase of intestinal permeability, and then leads to a series of clinical symptoms. Inflammatory Bowel Disease Human Colon Total RNA, Donor 1609 is extracted from colon tissue of a single inflammatory bowel disease human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
