Overview

At Creative Biolabs, our Lewis rat pulmonary artery primary endothelial cells are prepared from the pulmonary artery tissue of Lewis rats. These cells have been characterized by the uptake of fluorescence-labeled acetylated low-density lipoprotein and have been tested as negative for various contamination, providing a convenient tool for a variety of applications including western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence flow cytometry, and PCR.
