Overview

Creative Biolabs produces rich Firefly luciferase-expressing cells by transducing Firefly luciferase-lentiviral particles. Different from GFP or RFP, these cells can give rise to bioluminescence without external excitation light. Our human luciferase-expressing primary carotid artery smooth muscle cells are collected from normal tissues. These cells have been characterized by immunofluorescence staining and will provide an evaluable platform for your biological research.
