Lupus Human Pancreas Total RNA (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY5204)

Datasheet

Overview

Lupus is an autoimmune disease. It is caused by the body's immune system mistakenly attacking and destroying body tissues. The disease is characterized by repeated attacks and remissions, often showing damage to multiple organ systems such as the skin, joints, and internal organs. Lupus Human Pancreas Total RNA is extracted from pancreas tissue of a single lupus human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
