Overview

Neonatal CD-1 mouse microglial cells are collected from the brain of healthy CD1 mice when day 1 postnatal and have been characterized by F4/80 and the uptake of DiI-Ac-LDL. These cells play a vital role in participating in immune response and maintaining CNS homeostasis, which can be applied in multiple aspects of neurosciences studies, such as neuroinflammation, neurodegeneration, neuropathic pain, and so forth.
