Datasheet

Overview

Nephritis is an inflammatory response that occurs within the kidney, usually caused by an infection, immune response, medication, or other factors. Its main characteristics are damage to kidney cells and abnormal kidney function, which may lead to disturbances in urine production and excretion. Nephritis Human Kidney Total RNA, Donor 1193 is extracted from kidney tissue of a single nephritis human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
