Nephroblastoma Human Kidney Matched Pair RNA, Primary and Normal (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY6621)

Datasheet

Overview

Nephroblastoma is a kind of tumor caused by excessive proliferation and abnormal differentiation of the renal blastema. It is a common childhood malignancy that usually occurs in younger children. Nephroblastoma Human Kidney Matched Pair RNA, Primary and Normal is isolated from the primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue. Total RNA is extracted by the classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol chloroform extraction method, which can quickly isolate total RNA including microRNAs. RNA is treated with RNase-free DNase-1 to remove residual DNA.
