Overview

Pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease caused by abnormal activation of pancreatic enzymes for a variety of reasons, causing the pancreas to digest itself, and then leading to pancreatic tissue damage. Pancreatitis Human Pancreas Total RNA, Donor 17 is extracted from pancreas tissue of a single pancreatitis human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
