Porcine Esophagus Total RNA (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY6234)

Datasheet

Overview

In neuroscience research, the nervous system of pigs is closer to that of humans, so pig models can better simulate the occurrence and development of human neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, the pig model also has broad application prospects in cardiovascular disease, tumor research and other fields. Porcine Esophagus Total RNA is extracted from esophagus tissue of a single healthy porcine donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
