Overview

Creative Biolabs obtains purified human cord blood CD14+ monocytes through the positive selection of anti-CD14 microbeads and conducts the flow cytometry characterization to support your project to the maximum extent possible. These cells are a cell population that originated from bone marrow and can spontaneously gather at the site of infected or damaged peripheral tissues. By differentiating into macrophage or dendritic cells, they play a role in engulfing foreign substances and killing infected host cells.
