Overview

At present, human RFP-expressing primary small intestinal smooth muscle cells have been included in the ever-expanding cell bank. They are generated by transducing RFP-lentiviral particles and can be expanded for 3-5 passages in a suitable medium to meet various biochemical application requirements.
