Adenocarcinoma Mucinous Human Colon Matched Pair Genomic DNA, Primary and Normal (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY3554)

Datasheet

Overview

Adenocarcinoma mucinous is a malignant tumor that originates from a gland in the gastrointestinal tract. It is known for secreting large amounts of mucus, which usually accumulates in the tumor cavity around the tumor, forming a special kind of mucus pool. Such tumor cells are usually highly aggressive and have the potential to metastasize. This product provided by Creative Biolabs is isolated from the primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue. The highly pure intact high molecular size DNA is extracted from single tissue and treated with DNase-free RNase to remove contaminant RNA. Studying the genetic differences between primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue holds great promise for improving our understanding of cancer and developing more effective treatments.
