Overview

Cirrhosis is a chronic, progressive, diffuse disease, mainly due to various reasons caused by extensive degeneration of liver cells, necrosis, regeneration and fibrous tissue hyperplasia. Cirrhosis Human Liver Total RNA, Donor 2387 is extracted from liver tissue of a single cirrhosis human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
