Congenital Heart Disease Human Heart Total RNA (CAT#: DBFF-0624-HY4741)

Datasheet

Overview

Congenital heart disease refers to the disease caused by the formation or abnormal development of the heart and large blood vessels during embryonic development, or the failure to close the channels that should be automatically closed after birth. The disease affects the normal function of the heart, causing blood to not flow properly to all parts of the body. Congenital Heart Disease Human Heart Total RNA is extracted from heart tissue of a single congenital heart disease human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
