Human diabetes type I dermal blood primary endothelial cells are collected from the dermis tissue of juvenile foreskin and adult skin from a diabetes type I donor. The cells have been characterized by the expression of CD31 and podoplanin and offer ideal tools for disease research on atherosclerosis, tumor genesis, and thrombosis.
