Overview

Melanoma is a malignant tumour that originates from melanocytes in the skin or appendages. Melanoma Human Skin Total RNA is extracted from skin tissue of a single melanoma human donor using a classical guanidine isothiocyanate-phenol: chloroform extraction method. RNA goes through rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality possible.
