Creative Biolabs is a biology company specializing in the development of ex vivo organoid models and has accumulated rich experience in the construction of this kind of physiological model. Our normal liver organoid models are highly customized and will help your preclinical drug discovery projects achieve rapid progress.
To our knowledge, liver organoids can be generated from a variety of cell types, which proves organoid technology is gradually becoming more mature and accessible. Fig.1 demonstrates the derivation process of liver organoids including normal liver organoids from different cell types, indicating a complementary option in our toolbox to deepen our understanding of the liver organ.

Since their emerge, organoids have displayed their capability of filling the gap between 2D cultures and in vivo models. They possess some popular advantages over 2D cell culture systems.
From recent research, we can discover that normal liver organoids play an indispensable role in basic research and clinical research like other liver organoids. Due to the natural strengths of micro-organs, they are appropriate for investigating the development and function of healthy liver and dissecting the disease mechanisms, further paving the way for therapeutic applications. Based on gene engineering technology, normal liver organoids can be used in disease modeling and drug screening. Moreover, they have shown great potential for a series of applications, such as regenerative medicine, personalized medicine, and drug toxicology studies.
