Creative Biolabs is a biology company that is committed to developing 3D organoid models. Normal pancreatic organoids (NPOs) are one of our hot 3D ex vivo models. They are highly customizable so that your diversified demand can be better satisfied. For any pancreatic disease research needs, our normal pancreas-derived organoid models are the optimal choice. We are dedicated to providing you with the most suitable tools to advance your research and understanding of pancreatic diseases.
The long-term expansion of organoids is a significant breakthrough in 3D biology technology. Technical key point and challenge is how to create an in vitro growth environment where cells can behave optimally. At present, pioneers in this area have overcome these headaches and successfully constructed NPOs from the fetal and adult pancreas, as shown in Fig.1.

By generating organoids in vitro for a variety of scientific studies, researchers have found that this model is superior to conventional 2D cell culture systems. In pancreas-related disease studies, NPOs show some exciting advantages.
Organoids help us easier understand pancreas biology and are an effective connection between 2D monolayer cell cultures and animal models. Many studies performed with NPOs has enhanced our understanding of pancreas organ development, homeostasis, as well as benign and malignant pancreatic diseases. Furthermore, they serve as a tool to study regenerative medicine for organ transplantation purposes and model human disease and have been proven to be an evaluable platform for drug discovery.
At Creative Biolabs, we have put much effort into developing 3D ex vivo physiological models for many years. A robust delivery system has been built to support the quick acquisition of various organoid models. To date, our 3D organoid models including NPOs have been constructed and will serve a large number of customers worldwide. We assess every model and ensure its high quality so that it can facilitate a smoother execution of your projects. Besides, we also provide a series of technical services below.
