Tissue-derived Organoid Model Development

Organoid is an emerging representative of 3D ex vivo models, which offers a powerful tool for studying individual disorders and personalized treatments. Given some obvious shortcomings of 2D cell cultures and animal models, it is indisputable that organoid technology can bring about lots of new opportunities for solving some tough problems involving organ development. As a biological company with a good reputation, Creative Biolabs is specialized in the development of 3D in vitro models and has recruited a large number of experts for the establishment of organoid models. Such models can be customized into various famats to meet your diverse needs for preclinical research.

Construction of Tissue-derived Organoid Models

Through the continuous development and maturation of technical means, the organoid system can be generated from a wealth of tissue types, which are healthy or in a state of disease and are usually derived from biopsy samples. Despite multifarious protocols, the construction process roughly follows the steps shown in Fig.1.

Applications of Tissue-derived Organoid Models

Due to their similarities to native organs in structure and functions, organoid systems show enormous potential in a collection of applications. For example, they can increase the success rate of conversion from preclinical therapy to clinical practice by simulating the complex in vivo physiological environment of original organs. In addition, their flexibility and applicability are satisfying in recapitulating patient pathology, studying host-microbe interactions, establishing biobanks for drug screening, and modeling tissue and homeostasis.

Tissue-derived Organoid Model Development

After an extended period of dedication, Creative Biolabs has discovered a feasible way of establishing 3D ex vivo models. By continuing to normalize it, we have assessed a series of high-quality organoid models, which have been successfully applied in the preclinical projects of our global customers. These current achievements encourage us to focus more on the 3D biology field. So after soliciting the advice of many clients, we launch this tissue-derived organoid model development service to design the most suitable or acceptable tissue-derived organoids based on your claims.
